To initiate Factory reset on the terminal, follow the steps below.
1) Log in Web console
2) Go to Settings -> Admin -> Factory Reset
3) Enter the Security code “0000” (Note: the security code is the same with terminal PIN).
4) Click Factory Reset button. Press Ok if you want to proceed.
