9. I forgot the password of the web console, how can I set it to default password?

Answer
1) Connect the Primary Handset to the BDU's Primary Handset port.
2) From the main screen of the Primary Handset, select Menu -> Terminal -> Limited Reset.
3) Enter the code 0000 (this is the default terminal PIN and hope nobody change it), then press Ok.
4) Terminal will reboot.
5) Check if you can now log in using default username and password (admin ; wideye respectively)
